Meet and move: You and I both know walking is good for our health, but holding our session outdoors while walking may also boost our creativity. Yes! So, if you need to dig deep and get the creative juices flowing a walking session may be the perfect way to connect.
Why meet before committing to a specific retreat, session or health coaching program?
At times we know what we need to do to feel well and healthy, but we are missing the road map as to how to get there. Also, we may simply need new ideas, a little extra push in the right direction, inspirations, motivation or accountability.
